CreditLink which furnishes Consumer Bureaus information of payment history, the Reporting Services, may retain your information for a period reasonably necessary to achieve the purpose of the Reporting Services, unless a longer retention duration is needed or allowed by law. In addition, where we are required to keep all or part of your information to meet necessary legal compliance, uphold our agreements, legitimate business purpose, settle disputes, or safeguard against fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Children Privacy

If you are below 18 years do not use the Services or provide and submit information to the Platform. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18 years.
